Under the directives of MHRD of Govt. of India, all the Higher Educational Institutions have established a council called Institution Innovation Council (IIC) to promote the innovation and entrepreneurship culture among the students This is basically a supportive ecosystem which tries to give multiple levels of support for the student innovators.
